Ahavah Mauré is the Producer & Host of Mics Uncut, an emerging talk show that provides a platform for underground artists, entrepreneurs & game-changers; currently filming in Peoria, IL. Ahavah created the show in spring of 2017 as a way to acknowledge and support this often overlooked; yet, undoubtedly talented population. Her vision includes Mics Uncut being the primary resource for underground artists, entrepreneurs and game-changers seeking to share their journeys and showcase their talents, as well as, an admired name for those desiring to witness undiscovered and exceptional talent from musicians and small business owners to athletes and everything in between. Ahavah also recently established a non-profit purposed to provide scholarships and education to this trailblazing population in an attempt to further assist them in pursing their dreams. Ahavah was born and raised in Ohio where she also attended college; later receiving her MSW from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia. Her desire to be an advocate for at-risk populations and her passion for community engagement led her to serve in the Peace Corps. Her accomplishments abroad include learning Thai, developing meaningful relationships with community members and prominent local officials, as well as, securing a grant in the amount of 41,510 Baht from Friends of Thailand to fund a camp titled: Praploeng Sexual Reproductive Health & Sex-ed Training.
Ahavah's current endeavors include, serving veterans, producing her talk show and developing her new non-profit: The Muse Foundation. Website coming soon!
